What is a taxi driver's license?

You must submit a medical certificate showing that you meet the medical requirements for taxi drivers. The certificate is sent directly to the Swedish Transport Agency by the doctor.

What is included in the tests for taxi driver identification?
The tests for taxi driver identification consist of two theoretical subtests and a driving test. You must pass all three to receive your license:
Subtest 1: Safety and behavior
- Number of questions: 70 (of which 5 are test questions that are not included in the result).
- Passing result: At least 48 correct answers.
- Test time: 50 minutes.

- Trip planning using a map and GPS.
- Driving economy and environmental impact when driving a taxi.
Part 2: Legislation

- Driving in traffic: Handling the vehicle in different traffic environments, including city driving, country roads and motorways.
Preparation and adapted tests
