What should I keep in mind if I need to cancel my exam?
Sometimes unexpected things happen that make you need to cancel or reschedule your exam. In this case, the following applies:
- You need to cancel your exam at least 24 hours before the start of the exam to be able to get your money back.
- You cancel the test by phone or the Swedish Transport Administration's website at https://www.trafikverket.se/korkort
- If you need to cancel due to illness, you can get your money back even if you cancel on the same day, you will then need to present a medical certificate.
