How to get a driving license for an ATV?

  • At least 16 years old
  • Attended a training course with an approved trainer
  • Passed a knowledge test, you do not need to take a driving test.

You may also drive an ATV if you have a driving licence or tractor licence issued for the first time before 1 January 2000. The training is both theoretical and practical. To start the programme, you must be at least 15 years and 9 months.
