Vehicle registration certificate contains technical information about the vehicle, the vehicle's registered owner, a unique authorization code for the document, and space for notification or application to the competent vehicle registration authority.
A new registration certificate is sent out if a new vehicle owner is registered or if any of the vehicle information on the registration certificate changes.
