A table signpost is a road sign that is erected just before an intersection, roundabout or at the exit from a roundabout. Its purpose is to show different destinations and its distance and/or direction of travel.
If the sign is used in connection with a hospital area, industrial area or similar, the area may be indicated at the top of the sign without direction.
