Tire change, or wheel change, is the work that is done when, for example, you change from summer tires to winter tires. From 1 December to 31 March, your car must have winter tyres in winter road conditions. Studded tyres may be used from 1 October to 15 April, but are also allowed outside this period if there are winter road conditions.
