A roundabout is a circular interchange with special traffic rules. It is located at a crossroads, but is nowadays often – including in Sweden – defined as a circular road around a hub.
Roundabouts are often referred to as roundabouts, although roundabouts are by definition the name of the hub of the roundabout.
