What is unlicensed driving? We explain what the definition of unlicensed driving is, as well as what the scale of punishment looks like.
Unlicensed driving means that a person who does not have a licence to drive a car, or the vehicle in question, still drives the vehicle. This could be, for example, a person who has not yet obtained a driver's license, or a person who has lost their driver's license. It is also considered unlicensed driving in the event that a person with a B driving licence, for example, drives a truck. The penalty for unlicensed driving is a daily fine, as well as a suspension period during which the person in question cannot obtain a driving licence permit.
