How long can I park in a parking space with only the parking sign?

When you arrive at a parking space with only the blue "P" sign and without any additional signs, you may park for a maximum of 24 hours. Keep in mind that the 24-hour rule applies on weekdays, i.e. Monday to Friday. During weekends such as Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days before public holidays, parking is allowed for an unlimited time.

Example:

  • If you park at 14:00 on a Sunday, you must pick up the car by 24:00 on Monday.
  • If you park at 14:00 on a Saturday, you must pick up the car no later than 24:00 on Monday.
  • If you park at 14:00 on a Monday, you must pick up the car no later than 14:00 on Tuesday.
