Facts
The blocking rule means that you should not unnecessarily become stationary at intersections, in front of exits, on pedestrian crossings and the like. When queuing occurs, try to plan where you stop. If there is no place to stop after an exit or intersection, it is better to stop before. Often when you are about to turn onto a priority road, you first need to cross a bicycle crossing. If there is obstructed visibility at the intersection, you may need to drive forward and block to be able to see if it is clear. In such a situation, it is okay to block because it was not unnecessary.
