What permissions are there for motorcycles?

There are three different permissions for MC.

• Light MC (A1) - You may take this authorization when you are 16 years old. The training requires a driving licence permit and you need to attend two risk training courses.
• Medium Motorcycle (A2) - You can upgrade to this rating once you have reached the age of 18. You will then need to take a driving test.
• Heavy motorcycle (A) - If you have had the A2 qualification for at least two years, you can upgrade to the A qualification already at the age of 20. However, if you do not already have the A2 card, you need to be 24 years old to get a motorcycle license with the A rating.
