A children's group is a group consisting of several children, for example a preschool class. In connection with driving, you may encounter a children's group, that is, a group of children out for a walk with one or more adult leaders.
If you have encountered a group of children in traffic, you should drive extra carefully and show kindness and understanding. You should also never break up a group of children, that is, drive before the whole group has crossed the road, for example.
