Glossary
EcoDriving, economical driving or EcoDriving is a driving technique that can result in 10–20 percent lower fuel consumption than the driving style that most people have today. The technology is designed to reduce the environmental impact of motoring, but at the same time it means significantly lower fuel costs and less wear and tear on the vehicle.
Examples of eco-driving include driving with as high a gear as possible, and using the engine brake whenever possible instead of the service brake.
