Instructions for traffic
Traffic instructions are instructions that explain what applies in a particular place in traffic. Examples of such instructions are road signs, traffic signals and road markings.
If there are several different instructions in one place, the following order of precedence applies:
1. Police officer who signals (including road transport managers, road workers and parking attendants)
2. Traffic signals
3. Road signs
4. Traffic rules
