To get a driving licence for category B, you need to take a knowledge test and a driving test. You always start with the knowledge test, also called a theory test, which must be passed before you take your driving test. The exam is done on a computer and it consists of 70 questions that you must answer within 50 minutes. 5 of the questions are randomly selected for statistics and out of the remaining 65 questions, you need to have 52 correct to pass the knowledge test.
