Safeguards

A safety check means that you ensure that the car's functions are working properly, there are both interior and exterior security checks. It is the first step that takes place during the driving test.

• During an exterior security check, you check, among other things, that the lights are working properly, that the tires and windshield wipers are working and different fluid levels under the bonnet.
• At an interior safety check, you check, among other things, that the brakes, horn and steering power steering are working, you must also take a correct driving position and make sure that all mirrors are correctly adjusted.
