Stress

Stress is a natural reaction in the body that gives you more power for a while. When you get stressed, your brain sends signals to the rest of your body. Then your heart starts beating faster, you breathe faster and your muscles tense.

In traffic, moderate stress is sometimes beneficial as it helps you react faster and makes you pay more attention to traffic and the immediate environment. However, too much stress can lead to you taking more risks in traffic or becoming irritable and driving aggressively.
