Glossary
When driving in a city, you should try to give yourself enough space. It is therefore a good idea to place the car in the middle of the lane, preferably with a car door wide for parked cars and any pedestrians, and to leave a little extra space for the car in front.
By having more space between you and the car in front of you, you give yourself more time to react to changes in traffic and avoid dangerous situations. This simple routine can make a big difference when you're out on the road, and is an important part of driving safely. So when driving in cities, remember to leave a larger buffer zone so you have time to react and brake in time, to increase safety for you and others on the road
