Vehicle workshop

A vehicle workshop is a workshop for vehicles. There are a total of about 4,500 car repair companies in Sweden, several of these have a number of workshops around the country.

The majority of car repair companies in Sweden conduct general service and repair of motor vehicles. There are both individual workshops with only one or a few employees as well as chain-affiliated workshops with a large number of employees.

The market consists of both authorized brand workshops that specialize in servicing and repairing cars of one or a few specific brands and so-called all-purpose workshops that are brand-independent and take on most car brands.
