A motorised vehicle is a motorised vehicle that is built primarily as a work tool or for short-term movements of goods. Motorised equipment is divided into Class I and Class II.Class I motorised equipment is designed for a maximum speed exceeding 30 kilometres per hour. The maximum speed that a Class I motorised equipment can drive is 50 km/h, and if the motorised equipment has a trailer attached that is not equipped with effective brakes that can be operated from the motorised equipment, it is only allowed to drive at 40 km/h. In some cases, a speed limit of 30 km/hour also applies.Class II motorised equipment is designed for a speed of no more than 30 kilometres per hour. It shall also be equipped with a special sign for slow-moving vehicles (LGF sign).Class I motorised equipment requires a B licence or higher. Class II motorised equipment requires an AM licence as a minimum and/or tractor licence.
