The rear light also has fog lights that are bright red lights that are intended to warn traffic behind that you as a road user are on the road in very poor visibility, such as in fog and heavy rain.
The rear fog lights are applicable even in bad weather such as snow and rain. It is important that the light is turned off if cars behind are close, if you do not turn off the light, it can dazzle traffic behind.
