Semi-insurance includes traffic and partial comprehensive insurance. This insurance covers damage in the event of theft and fire that the motor insurance had not done.
It is only the motor liability insurance that is mandatory and not the partial comprehensive insurance, which means that even the semi-insurance, like full insurance, is voluntary.
