Approval

Approval can mean different things in vehicles and traffic.

It can refer to, for example, type approval or individual approval, which means that a car is approved according to EU requirements.

But it can also refer to approval as a driving instructor. Anyone who wants to work as a driving instructor needs to apply for approval from the Swedish Transport Agency. In order to pass an application, you need to have a driver's license, have completed a driving instructor training and then undergo the Swedish Transport Agency's aptitude test.

Finally, approval can also refer to the outcome of, for example, your driving test, where you need an approval from a driving instructor to be able to get your driver's license.
