Basic rule
In traffic, there are a number of basic rules that must always be followed by all drivers, a single one of these is a basic rule.
The basic rules of traffic are:
- That you should show special consideration for the disabled, elderly people and children
- That you should show consideration for those who live or are on the road
- That you should not disturb or hinder others unnecessarily
- That you should exercise caution and care with regard to the circumstances
- If you drive off-road, you should not disturb animals unnecessarily or destroy soil and vegetation
