To raise the alarm means that you raise the alarm to someone or something, such as a tow truck or emergency vehicle. For example, you can call 112 if there is an accident or if you witness a fire. In the event of a traffic accident, you should first and foremost create an idea of what needs to be done first. The next step is to help injured people and to warn other road users. This can be done either with a hazard triangle, hazard warning lights or both. Then you need to alert the police if there is a need, that is, if a person is injured in a not insignificant way or has died.You also need to alert the police in the following situations:You are involved in a road accident where someone's property has been damaged and you are unable to contact the owner of the property.
