A head-on accident is a traffic accident in which two vehicles collide head-on after one of the vehicles has crossed on the wrong side of the road. Head-on accidents are one of the deadliest types of accidents there are and they occur, among other things, when a driver incorrectly assesses the meeting point, for example when overtaking.
