Motor vehicle is a motor vehicle intended for the carriage of passengers or goods by road. According to the Road Traffic Definitions Act, there are three different types of motor vehicles, namely cars, motorcycles and mopeds.
However, the Vehicles Act exempts vehicles owned by the state and used for special military purposes.
