An eye test, or an eye examination, involves an examination of vision and eye health in order to diagnose and determine any visual defects. You need to take an eye test to get an eye certificate for your driving licence permit from the Swedish Transport Agency when you want to start practice driving.
During the vision test, your visual acuity and your field of vision are measured, among other things. The entire vision test usually takes about 10-15 minutes, but it may take longer depending on whether a problem is detected or if you need glasses.
